The five African American Deans of Engineering Colleges in the US- in one room! Amazing! They were encouraging and shared their stories with the next generation of Black engineering students. In all the many years that I was an engineering student, none of my instructing faculty looked like me. I could only imagine such things. This generation does not have to imagine- today they saw themselves in power. How far we've come in just a generation. I look forward to the accomplishments of the future.
